OK GUYS, HERES YOUR CHANCE TO SHINE AND GET A RELEASE ON A UK UP AND COMING LABEL CALLED DUBNOIR MUSIC. PLEASE READ BELOW TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT THE LABEL IS ABOUT, WHERE ITS COME FROM AND WHERE ITS HEADING IN 2011 AND BEYOND
The head behind DubNoir Music has been contemplating whether to start a label over the last few years just releasing and pushing music he believe's in including his own productions. With the label owner now having more time on his hands and a vast amount of experience within the music industry, it was only natural for him to create a brand which will allow him to make music which he want's to, aswell as give artists the chance to express themselves on the label with a no rules ethos as far as musical boundaries go.
Over twelve months have passed and the support for the label has been immense. The label has had big support from the likes of Annie Mac (Radio One) who showcased a track in her "Three to buy" section & Kissy Sell Out (Radio One) has played and charted a track in his Beatport Top Ten. DubNoir has garnered support from the commercially known acts to the underground heads, with artists such as Slam, Dj Zinc, HiJack, Bass Kleph, Oliver $, Sinden (Kiss FM), Worthy, Rennaisance Man, Laidback Luke, Malente, Solo, Lee Mortimer, Pezzner, Riva Starr & Many More playing, charting and digging the music.
The aim of DubNoir is to fuse together deep house with a mixture of techno and lashings of jackin house producing an end product that wont sound out of place in a warm-up set or at peaktime. This is no easy feat, as only a handful of labels at present have been creating this unique combination, but the label will strive to find only the best artists to deliver EP's and remixes of good quality house.
THE WINNING REMIX WILL BE RELEASED AS PART OF THE 2ND ANNIVERSARY EP IN MAY 2011 ON BEATPORT ALONG SIDE A HOST OF OTHER DUBNOIR FAMILY ARTISTS. PLEASE CONSIDER THE STYLE OF THE LABEL, BEFORE SENDING YOUR REMIX.
